Jessica is the heart and hands behind the bakery, bringing her passion for baking to life one sweet treat at a time. At just 27, she’s built a dream that started and operates in her home kitchen and is hopeful to grow into a storefront soon. She has always loved a good sweet treat & enjoys the kitchen so what was next other than to decide to become the hometown Cookie Dealer. She is fully self-taught but gives a large credit to her Aunt Renee who has been the best teacher.

Sugar’d specializes in a variety of desserts located in Canton NC, proudly serving Western NC and beyond. From cakes- to bakery style cookies- to perfectly gooey brownies.

Each and every cookie, cake, and cinnamon roll is made with love, and Jessica is endlessly grateful for the support of her community. Jessica is married to her best friend, Garrett. As a wifey, mother to two wild boys, and baker for sweet treats, she’s always been drawn to the idea of a cozy, small-town bakery and is blessed enough to live that vision every day.
